For Texas solo and small-firm lawyers
Show that a client's files have not changed since the day you sealed them.
Texts, emails, photos and documents get attacked with one line: “You could have changed that.” We seal each file with a tamper-evident receipt and an independent timestamp, so months later you can show the files are exactly what they were on the day they came in. Anyone can check a receipt for free, in a browser, with no account.
How a matter works
Four steps, handled for you.
You send the files
Texts, emails, photos, PDFs, exports. Send them the way you already receive them from the client.
We seal each one
Each file gets a tamper-evident receipt, and a signed, independent timestamp from a time authority outside our company.
You get a package
Receipts, a plain-English evidence report, and a one-page guide anyone can use to check them.
Anyone can verify
Opposing counsel, an expert or a judge can check a receipt in a browser. No account, no upload, no payment.
Honest limits
What this does and does not do.
What it does
- Shows a file is byte-for-byte unchanged since it was sealed.
- Shows it existed no later than the time an independent authority signed.
- Keeps a tamper-evident record of what was sealed and when.
- Lets anyone re-check all of this without trusting us.
What it does not do
- It does not show a file is genuine. A doctored screenshot sealed today is a sealed, doctored screenshot. Seal early.
- It does not show who wrote or sent anything.
- It does not make evidence admissible. Rules on authenticating electronic evidence differ by court, and your firm decides how to use this.
- We never prepare a certification or declaration. That is for you and a qualified witness.
See it before you decide
Check a real receipt yourself.
The verifier runs entirely in your browser and works on a real receipt with a real timestamp. The sample report shows what a finished package looks like, using made-up data.
Try it on one real matter, free.
I am looking for a few Texas lawyers to try this on a real matter and tell me honestly whether it is useful. After the pilot, pricing is a flat fee per matter, agreed in writing before any work starts.
